Hey guys. This was my family’s farm, dr launder being my great grandfather ! His wife (my Gigi) was Jennifer. My grandmother has Alzheimer’s, and this is where she grew up. I’m trying to collect any photos anyone has before it was torn down. I have lots of cool history on the house of anyones interested! And my grandparents live close by, and my great uncle (also grew up here) lives across the street! (Be careful he watches the property) lol.

Some great views of the old, abandoned police station from the west side of the bridge deck, if you don't mind getting close to the homeless encampment.
Interesting! I figured they were just waiting on the hold-out properties on the east side of that giant rectangle of land. That would be really cool if the gas pipeline puts permanent brakes on their whole plan.

Yeah, the most annoying thing is that after they bought the farm I grew up on, they realized they couldn't even mine there because of the gas pipeline that runs through the property lol

I am surprised you did this 👏 I was going to but I'm to much of a chicken lmao
Walker Industries is ridiculous.

This was historically an egg grading station and was just in no rush to demolish. I might have a small set of photos of one unit in it from a year before this. I had wanted to "climb the stone pillar" at the front to access the balcony and never felt comfortable with the amount of traffic here. Demolished now.

Checking it out later this week, will update on whether or not side entrance is still open defs won’t be going in tho as it looks sus
I spoke too soon LOL. Im actually impressed that this was demolished and that the two trees there at the front were left standing. This defies what I thought I knew, but wait for the redevelopment if and when the time comes. Land is prolly worth a fortune.
Cool
