Checked out this place during march 2023. Bumped into a group of North York kids and got chased out by security. A door at the back seemed promising, however, everything was all boarded up.

went last week, place is double/triple fenced. its up for sale but there is no activity in it whatsoever. very good spot, lots of dust on the bottom floor, would recommend a mask. 2nd story floor is falling apart in some places. worth the visit

One of two outcomes....Either all of the vehicles out front were dragged to the rear and out of sight due to property standards complaints, or they have been dragged off to a wrecker. The front is cleared of vehicles.

There's still an old building on this lot that remains standing but is now used for income tax returns. The other ones have been demolished and replaced by a Shell gas station and a Starbucks. Gotta love suburban redevelopment.

This was one of 6 houses in a row on Centre Street that were abandoned and ended up getting demolished around the summer of 2022. I actually planned to explore the houses last summer, but they ended up getting demolished around the same week I planned to explore them. So R.I.P to that. The land is going to be redeveloped with a mid-rise, so I'll try and get some photos of the demolition site before that happens.

anyone know if theres a way to get in or is all boarded up and theres no point in going?

any POE?

I’ve cased this one before and its in a relatively sketch spot. Its sort of in gang territory but as much as I know theres no POE unless you force it.
