White Motors truck I think is actually gone but the sandblasting truck seems to have the back taken off and been brought much further to the rear of the property. So far I'd recommend permissions to approach.

Hey, just went by and noticed a door propped open. Are there actual alarms in this place or not? Really want to check it out but not sure of the alarm

It closed up in late 2020. Covid killed a lot of live venues.

Went there today, and everything was completely sealed and there's concrete blocks blocking the doors and windows have been screwed.

Property seems to be occupied now.

Checked it out, it’s gotten even more decrepit since the last photos were posted. Most of the interior has been destroyed and the outside is now littered with bullet holes.

Was here earlier today, location is demolished.

has anybody been able to find a point of entry? i want to see this location soon. i ask because the north side looks boarded up, possibly someone's been through.

Also it's kind of interesting how somebody is still mowing the grass on the property. You can even see a lawn mower behind the house in one of the photos.

Update: There is also a very small white house on Keele Street next to this one which appears to be abandoned too. It is not boarded up but the driveway is completely overgrown and it's never occupied.
