OK here goes. The Gulf Station was located in Oak Ridges, on the west side of Yonge Street, 100metres north of King Road. It is now gone and a shiny new Shoppers Drug Mart sits on the location. Based on your pics timo, if that pool/spa building is the old OPP station, that is 13045 Yonge Street which sits pretty much right at the corner of Yonge and King St.

Yes the J Palmer property is very historic to me as well. Great stuff Trish..The north section of his lot became the Gottleib farm in the mid 1900s and was used for the filming of Hawkeye and Last of the MOhicans in the 1950s.
