"uploaded album content" error

Hi guys, I've been trying to upload this one album for a couple weeks now, but most of the photos i try uploading just show up as "uploaded album content", and when i try to publish it, the image names some up rather than the actual images themselves. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Is it an error on the websites end or mine? Thanks

Question about non-typical photos of Level 1's

I was wondering how one should handle posting photos of things tagged as level 1's if you have photos that would potentially no longer meet that criteria (e.g. photos from inside a publically accessible thing that you are not *generally* permitted into)?

Hey, I have a tier 4 location that I went to a bunch of times. I'm afraid that posting it as a level 1 account will compromise the space. What should I do? PSA: the location is an abandoned office with a chemistry lab, incredibly intact, chemical equipment is still there.

Applying for Level 3, as I believe I at least meet the minimum requirements for promotion: - 22 locations - 70 albums While some of those are exteriors, it wasn't for lack of trying; I've climbed onto rooftops, set off alarms, and even got injured while looking for a POE. It hasn't been totally fruitless: I've added several Level 4's since my last election, including another high-profile location. Bad luck aside, I've followed all the rules consistently: I do my best to study the history of a location (even going through Google Street View images when other documentation is unavailable) and document the hazards, as well as provide assistance to others on the discord without giving away locations. I know my output isn't as prolific as the others on the site, but I hope to compensate for my lack of quantity with quality. Even if I can't find a POE in the moment, I can at least document the location and its hazards for those who come after.

Good Afternoon Folks, I am applying for level three. As a current level two member, I find most locations I am coming across are levels 3 & 4. I frequently stop when I have the chance doing deliveries and am always sure to mark the spot to return to with my partner later. My favourite part of exploring is really the history of the locations and the beautiful architectural highlights that often get lost in some of these locations. With access to a higher level, I would be able to contribute a larger volume of properties, as I find ypu always learn something from every location. On vacations I always make a list of places to stop a long the way and have been working at uploading everything ive collected over the many years I've done this. Always fun to meet fellow explorers but I dont find its something that doesnt happen too often! I would love the opportunity to be able to explore more of these beautiful locations. Thank you for your consideration 😊

"Living in trailers but life is a movie" in Oakville was my first explore and I've been to 50-55ish places since, From Hamilton to Oshawa, and north to Simcoe County.

Hey OAP Community, I’m writing to respectfully request a promotion to Level 2. I believe I’ve met the current requirements, with over three months of active participation, four documented locations, and 15 albums uploaded featuring a variety of sites and content levels. I also have many more albums in the pipeline, ready to be shared with the community. I first got into urbex back in October. At the time, I struggled to find quality locations, but being part of this community has helped me grow significantly in both knowledge and experience. I went there back in early May. It was pretty underwhelming inside, I wish that the other buildings were accessible. Saw the security guard chasing some kids away, lol.

I’m sorry but I had to vote down, while you seem like you have a real passion for urban exploring, your albums aren’t very “quality” as the requirements state (with no bio on almost anything), and your number of photos per album is not enough (how you have 61 photos across 13 albums is absolutely astounding). Try to gain entry more as well, it says that for an album to be “quality” you need to gain entry at the bare minimum. Also, you need to have 3 months of activity on the site, and your first album was about a week ago. So, to recap, more photos per album, more interior pics, and stay contributing on the site for a few more months, and come make another election. I’d love to see your account grow.

An alright start and the locations and photos seem adequate for level 2, but are underwhelming, I don't feel like I get a great sense of a place from them since there are too few, and they don't make up for it by being particularly visually interesting either. With that said, dropping all your locations at once and just listing your numbers in your write up both feel a bit odd and rushed. Give it some more time.

Midlothian retains it's name as it was a postal stop. The post office was in my Grandaprents Far at the intersection of Midlothian Rd and Staratt Rd. The land has been in our family since the 1870s. I still have the postal sorting desk from the farm. Never a large community the postal stop was the gathering and delivery point for mail. Serving about 50 families in the immediate surrounding few km.

So this was my grandparents farmers market and I spent my younger years running around in the summer there. Once my parents got married they ran the butcher shop that was in it. It is not a gravesite . My nan told the story many times. One day a man came in and was speaking to her for some time at the counter having a slice of pie. When he was leaving he handed her a cross and said something along the lines of god told me you should have this. That nice she had a vision or something and was told to make the shrine for Mary. The next week she put it there. No bodies lol

I would like to also add that I once saw in someone's living room a coffee table with a glass top made out of super thick thermal glass that was once the view port to watch the flame from the back of the Iroquois engines (it had strange wavy lines through it and slightly blue tinge) as they were being tested. these are the concrete buildings that used to be on the DIL side of the highway across from the CIL plant. I believe the new highway is through this area and wiped everything out. Rob Groves

Having been born and raised in PS I ventured there with some friends when we were around 17 years old. there were some rusty main buildings, alot of railway tracks with old power lines and the DOME. In most pictures you will see a dome shaped bunker that as my Uncle told me (he worked there) it was designed of concrete so the blast from a nitro glycerine explosion would go straight up and not level the area. It was odd to stand in the middle of it because you would get that reverberating echo back at you if you spoke. I i took pictures with one of those old 110mm cameras... If I find them I will post. It was around 1985 then. Rob Groves

Oh damn! I used to sometimes go south to visit a friend of my dad's who had a trailer at a campsite in the area when I was a kid, and he took me to see these once...mid 00s I guess it would've been. Cool to see this guy is still at it!

This used to be an old school house, and then an actual house. I know this because an old boyfriend and his family used to live there many yrs ago, and I used to stay there for awhile. Then after the boyfriend ( was an X then) died, and the step mom died, the father left the house, and it fell apart. Everything was just kinda left there as the house collapsed. Golden Valley has some creepy places to explore if you really look around.
