Hearing that there's an abandoned power plant sounded a lot more cool in theory. It was quite disappointing when I zoomed in on the spot on google maps just to see it was not nearly as big as I expected. The walk to get there was kind of nice, with us seeing a train passing by and also a group of deer as well.

The door was rusted shut, it looked like it hadn't been opened in years. When we got inside, the air smelled like it hadn't been touched in years, and also smelled strongly like gas. On top of that, there were also warning labels for methane gas - which is colorless and odorless - potentially making this a very dangerous chamber. Or it could've been completely safe, but that's definitely not the mentality to have when exploring. Light a match to find out (don't).

That being said, it was probably for the best that the room we went into immediately dead-ended, with the stairs to the basement being completely flooded. End of exploration. Lame.
