About this location
This one might be a little on the MLS side....get it... Maybe Leaving Soon? Right across from the Matthew Clements Homestead, this large chunk of land recently sold and this surely will become prime real estate for something commercial or newer housing in years to come. Looks like it might be a toss up at this point between perhaps some short term fix it, use it, or maybe its doomed to the dozer already. Not sure that any reno thoughts would end up being feasible on this as it does show its age in most parts of the home. Some furniture remains and some is on the lawn. Just throwing it up here to document this cool little classic house's existence. Time will tell.

I was surprised myself, stands out like a sore thumb. Maybe it will not be so obvious once the trees get some foliage.
Your timing was impeccable gents. I saw some activity there the week after you guys were there. Went by there again today, it's all boarded up now & the boat is gone. I assume the fields will still be farmed this summer.
Good stuff. This one is very recent, there were still trucks out there a about a month ago. I drove by there last week & I thought it may now be empty but I was going to give it some time to be sure. Did you make it out to the barn?
