This one surprised me. A SmartCentre is going in right across the street, I imagine a commercial property will happen on this side too.

I like this one the best based on the decay level. It is amazing that there are such a number of abandonments crammed into one small corner. Not the kind of place where a developer snatched them all up, though. So is it coincidence? Or is there a future plan here?
