About this location
This is the old Unilever factory. Accessing this place is difficult, as they have 24/7 security, so I don't necessarily recommend trying it. If you do get in however, it's very cool inside. It's almost completely emptied out, but there are a few interesting signs left over. The infrastructure of the building its self is very interesting. Do be careful though, the security guards won't be too happy if they see you.

demolition on the boiler building, the one with the chimney, appears to be well underway as per a recent video on the new mouth of the don river. I'd give it another month or so before it's completely gone
First time I was here the police were just sitting in the parking lot. They host edit expo there which seems like the safest way to get to see the inside of this place.
This used to be on the site before, but it seems it got deleted. It's a very risky one with active alarms and security.
