This place was the equivalent of a Red Lobster Shrimp Fest for cannabis lovers: there were healthy, beautiful pot plants growing in the backyard, a secret grow room hidden behind a fake wall, dried plants in buckets, buds being ground up in the basement, cannabis vapes, bongs on the bar, joints being rolled on the kitchen table, a waterfall in a downstairs bedroom, and a big box of weed being separated into baggies upstairs. The house is one of the last remaining structures on a large tract of land coveted by one of the big homebuilders in Niagara Falls. The builders now own the house, so they presumably paid the family handsomely to vacate and green light the new neighbourhood development that is on the way. The house has not disappeared yet, but its days are definitely numbered. There is still a single other neighbour holding out nearby that the homebuilders are waiting for to sell.
