Warehouse by the Waterfront

There are cameras around the building but I don't think they mean much. When I arrived, there were 3 guys and a van there already. No one showed up or told anyone to leave after 15 minutes of exploring. The neighbours might wonder what you're doing, but that's about it for hazards.

Don't have much to say about this place. Looks like it's been vacant for 10~ years. There are plans to demolish and rebuild a 1 storey industrial building on the site. It's very empty inside, with only swept up piles of garbage and some chairs.

If you want an extra exploration, there is an abandoned camper/rv on the west side, between the properies. There's a trail with a eroding bridge right behind that. Very cool little spot!
