Dive Into The Basement

Small 1 1/2 story home, there must be 6' of water in the basement. I started walking down to the basement & was like, "whoa, is that water?" Stopped just in time or my feet would have been even more soaked than they already were.

Not much to say about the property. It's going to be demolished & made into rows of Stacked Townhomes.

Oh, I did learn one thing. If you want vaulted ceilings in your kitchen, just raise the floor of your bedroom 3 feet.
