I live just up the road from these houses and after talking to one of the neighbours next door to both places this is what I found out .. both houses were being used as grow-op's by the tenants for quite sometime, after they were shut down by the police the houses sat empty for a while because of the damage caused from the grow-op, vandals/thieves broke into the houses and ripped out all the cop

How the heck do you get into this place? I heard it's a paintball park now, but doesn't look like it. Any suggestions on entry? I assume there's beach access

Great find. Must have been a nice house... 35 years ago.

I was inside once. Some crazy stuff in there. Even found a K-tell record selector, and many of the clothes were still hanging in the closets. If I can figure out how to post some images I will add them here, if that is o.k
