I was there in September of 2010, it was in the same location as your pics. Will post a pic or two myself. Great find, sure looks like the real thing.

Can anyone confirm if this vehicle is still there? Google Earth street view shows it a few metres away from where I originally saw it. Using Google Maps I see no sign of it.

Went looking for this earlier this summer but didn't really have time for the hike. Eerily similar construction and fate to Osler Castle in Collingwood. Thanks for the post.

@jon: On some photos on Internet you can clearly see a MailBox with the name: Deavy Farm written on in.

Apparently one day it will be re-built. For now it sits empty, that doesn't mean that no one owns it, but currently it is unused and abandoned, except for parking during festivals.

What a shame. Hope they do something with this beautiful piece and bring it back to life

i was able to get back october 30, 2011 checking signs of deer for the upcoming hunting season. I was able to get right up to the remains of the blacksmith chimney and fireplace plus found a few more remains that were once covered
